RISE TO GREATNESS was born from lived experience — not textbooks. After scaling multiple businesses to seven figures, navigating devastating setbacks, and coaching hundreds of Australian founders, Rob and Connie built RTG because most events over-promise, under-deliver, and disappear once the room empties. This one doesn't.
Rob's journey is anything but conventional. From humble beginnings working in his family's takeaway shop, he went on to establish Sydney Electrical Contractors — growing it into an award-winning business recognised as Business of the Year and Finalist for Business of the Decade (2021) at the Australian Small Business Champion Awards. Named one of Australia's Best Tradesman, Rob navigated the COVID crisis, built multiple seven-figure businesses, and co-founded FIZZ Events. But the path wasn't smooth — Rob has openly shared his experiences overcoming monumental failures, time spent in maximum-security prison, and the resilience required to rebuild from the ground up. These experiences became the foundation for his book Velocity, a blueprint for leadership, mindset, execution, and momentum. Today, as Co-Founder of RISE TO GREATNESS, Rob channels decades of real-world entrepreneurial battle scars into coaching Australian founders to build clarity, systems, and unstoppable momentum — because he's lived every lesson he teaches.
Connie Theodoridis is an award-winning life and business coach with over 20 years of experience in behavioural sciences, training, and executive facilitation. A proud Greek Australian, Connie has said her desire to help people has been her purpose since childhood — inspired directly by her Greek heritage and upbringing. She has delivered leadership and business training for executives across major organisations, including financial institutions and local government councils throughout Australia. Through her venture Opening Doors, Connie was named a finalist for Most Outstanding New Business at the 2022 Australian Women's Small Business Champions Awards. As Co-Founder of RISE TO GREATNESS, Connie sits at the intersection of human behaviour and business performance — working alongside Rob to help founders not only grow their businesses, but become the leaders their businesses need them to be. Her approach combines emotional intelligence, structured coaching, and the no-nonsense accountability that RTG is known for.
