These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Rise to Greatness 2026 event (the "Event") hosted by RISE TO GREATNESS PTY LTD (ABN: 87680202948) ("RTG", "we", "our", or "us").
By purchasing a ticket, registering to attend, or entering the event venue, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with registration or attendance.

Ticket Types & Transfers
- Tickets are issued per individual and are non-shareable.
- Name changes are permitted up to 7 days before the event by emailing: [email protected].
- Reselling tickets at inflated prices is strictly prohibited. Any ticket suspected of fraud, duplication, or unauthorised resale may be cancelled without refund.

Refund Policy
IMPORTANT: All tickets are non-refundable, However, tickets are transferable up to 14 days before the event. If you need to transfer your ticket to someone else, contact us at [email protected] with the new attendee's details.
- No refunds will be provided for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, or personal emergencies.
- If the event is postponed or cancelled due to force majeure (e.g., COVID-19, venue closures, natural disasters), tickets may be:
- Transferred to a new date, or
- Credited toward a future RTG event (at our discretion).

Event Changes
- RTG reserves the right to change the event program, schedule, speakers, venue, or format due to operational needs or circumstances beyond our control.
- We will notify all attendees via the contact information provided during registration.
- Such changes do not entitle attendees to a refund unless materially impacting the core purpose of the event.

Code of Conduct
To ensure a respectful, safe, and transformational experience for all attendees:
- Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who behaves inappropriately — without refund.
- We uphold a zero-tolerance policy on abuse toward staff, volunteers, speakers, or fellow attendees.

Recordings, Photography & Media Release
By entering the venue, you acknowledge and agree:
- The event may be filmed, photographed, or recorded for future promotional, marketing, and commercial use.
- Your image, voice, and likeness may appear in this material.
- You grant RTG an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use this content in any format, without the need for further approval or compensation.
- If you wish not to be included in media, please advise staff at check-in and we will do our best to accommodate.

Health, Safety & Accessibility
- You must follow all safety protocols, venue rules, and public health orders in place at the time of the event.
- If you feel unwell, please stay home and notify us prior to the event.
- If you have special access, mobility, dietary, or sensory needs, contact us at least 14 days in advance so we can make reasonable accommodations.

Age Requirements
- The event is designed for individuals aged 15 years and older.
- Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or pre-approved supervisor.
- RTG reserves the right to request proof of age at check-in.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- RTG is not responsible for any injury, loss, theft, or damage sustained during the event.
- You attend at your own risk and are responsible for your own actions and belongings.
- Any business, life, or financial decisions made as a result of attending are yours alone.

Intellectual Property
All content, material, and resources shared by RTG or its speakers are copyright protected and remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. You may not reproduce, record, distribute, or use any material without prior written consent.

Data Collection & Privacy
- We collect personal information during ticket registration and event interactions.
- Your data is stored securely and used for communications, event logistics, and marketing future events.

- By attending, you consent to receive email and SMS communications related to RTG events. You can opt out at any time.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Power outages
- Pandemics
- Travel bans
- Venue cancellations
We will take reasonable steps to reschedule or offer fair alternatives.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in that jurisdiction.

Attendee Content Use & Intellectual Property Protection
All content presented at RTG 2026 — including but not limited to slides, frameworks, audio, video, workbooks, speaker sessions, live coaching, and discussions — is the exclusive intellectual property of RISE TO GREATNESS PTY LTD and/or its respective speakers.
By attending RTG 2026, you agree to the following:
No Duplication or Redistribution
You may not copy, record, screenshot, livestream, photograph slides, or distribute any part of the event in any format without prior written consent from RTG.
Personal Use Only
You may take notes and privately apply what you learn for your own personal or business development. You may not teach, share, monetize, or adapt any content for public or commercial use.
No Repurposing or Teaching
You may not present any RTG frameworks, principles, or exercises as your own, nor may you teach or sell them to others without licensing approval.
